By the end of this module, you will be able to:
- Understand the competency of change catalyst and the stages of change to help yourself and others manage change.
- Know the five elements necessary for managing transition, and work through an exercise to be aware of the impact when one of these elements is missing.
- Discover how to support people through times of change and transition by empathizing with the emotions people experience during change and transition.
- Be able to inspire change by communicating your vision in a storytelling format, and practice this using a real-life change initiative or project.
