Key Learning Outcomes

By the end of this module, you will be able to:

  1. Understand the competency of change catalyst and the stages of change to help yourself and others manage change.
  2. Know the five elements necessary for managing transition, and work through an exercise to be aware of the impact when one of these elements is missing.
  3. Discover how to support people through times of change and transition by empathizing with the emotions people experience during change and transition.
  4. Be able to inspire change by communicating your vision in a storytelling format, and practice this using a real-life change initiative or project.
